They're trying to sign Willian and Coutinho.

Arsenal are owned by a ruthless billionaire, the County are owned by the fans. Say what you want about financial insecurity, but at least we’ve got ethics on our side. I know where I’d rather be.

That's probably what the owners hope and they're quite happy that the story is about Ozil getting £350k a week while they make redundancies - deflects the attention from the owners. At the end of the day for the owners it's just a business - they don't care about the club or the community around it.
