5. Scunthorpe
6. Walsall
7. Port Vale

9. Salford C
10. Colchester
11. Cambridge
12. Leyton O
13. Carlisle
14. Tranmere
15. Newport
16. Cheltenham
17. Southend
18. Barrow
19. Harrogate
20. Grimsby
21. Oldham
22. Crawley
23. Morecambe
24. Macclesfield
Apologies if there's already a thread on this topic that I've missed.
Re: League table prediction 2020/21
2My bottom 4 is almost identical. I have the County at 12th, FGR first ahead of Exeter and Cheltenham.
Re: League table prediction 2020/21
3I reckon Cheltenham will do well, and Macclesfield may not complete the season, if indeed they manage to start it. I won't attempt to rank all 24. Here's my top/bottom six, alphabetically.
Bolton, Bradford, Cheltenham, Exeter, Salford, Walsall.
Barrow, Carlisle, Harrogate, Oldham, Macclesfield, Morecambe.

Barrow, Carlisle, Harrogate, Oldham, Macclesfield, Morecambe.
Re: League table prediction 2020/21
4My only two team predictions are that FGR will run away with the league and that the County will end up just above the relegation zone. We will celebrate wildly when we avoid the drop.
Re: League table prediction 2020/21
5Though I think they will win the league FGR must improve their home form which has been inconsistent.
Re: League table prediction 2020/21
6Have I perhaps gone off half-cocked thinking Bolton will win it, I wonder? I hope they don't, like. It's great having a big fish down here. See also Sunderland in L1.

Love the place, been 3 years on the bounce now and stuffed them every time albeit Mickey blasting a pen into the heavens cost us 2 points.
Veggie burgers were ok.
Nightmare if it was persisting down mind you.

Afternoon Frank. Never been there although I have heard a few people complain about the ground. Don’t the away fans have to stand in the open?
They are one of those clubs that it is difficult to like. I suppose I am envious that they have a sugar daddy and we don’t. This is going to be one season that financial clout is going to be a big advantage. I wonder how the Chairman will manage the FFP rules.
Re: League table prediction 2020/21
9Can this be turned into a fans' competition?
e.g. Predict how the table will end when the season concludes (naturally or via covid suspension), 5 points for getting a team in the right final position, 2 points for getting a team's position wrong by just one place. Minus 5 points for getting a team's place wrong by 8+ positions.

10A weaker squad, same manager NO Lenny, and NO Bar AMBER, it`s going to be a long hard season in a dog fight to stay up.

Re: League table prediction 2020/21
11A few clubs have made some very shrewed signings none more so than port vale and cheltenham, along with exeter those 3 for automatic promotion for me.
My guess for the playoffs would be bradford, fgr, colchester, and salford then there will be us morcambe mac and crawley fighting over the 2 relegation spots, just my opinion.

Only partly agree. One the new season is still over four weeks away. Perhaps longer. Secondly we don't know what affect the pandemic will have had. Finally the idea that any of us have any real knowledge of the 23 other teams in League 2 is for the birds.
However I agree with Flat 4. Also Podge had lost a bit of pace last season. A six month lay off isn't likely to improve that.
I think we will know very quickly whether Flynn is a potentially very good manager, who had a blip last season, or whether he has been a very fortunate manager whose luck has finally run out.
Right now if I were offered 22nd I'd take it.

15Not quite sure why this idea is attracting technical scrutiny.
It's a fun idea
It's predictions
Can it be stickied on everything else so useless predictors such as me can indulge in a bit of harmless stuff?
Don't worry about points
