A win on the day, but the ingredients are far from ideal, still believe we are going to be in a dog fight when it comes to the league, as for Lab`s booking, I see him missing at least 20% of the games during the season through ill discipline, and that`s only one player, the real work starts next week.

One observation today as a ref please lads when ref blows whistle don't kick ball away you will pick up silly cards for that

Unfortunately the pitch come Dec onwards will dictate the football we play. I’ve walked across a couple of times and at its worst it’s just horrendous ..... even the elite wouldn’t be able to play carpet football on it.

Your undoubtedly correct. Thought even today it looked a little bobbly at times.

Good all round performance today - one midfield player away from a useful side to replace Labs - same old falls over too much slowing game momentum and getting booked on half way line pointless there was no danger.
