You would have the rozzers moving them on or booking them for parking on double yellow lines

4In all seriousness, if there's no yellow line and you have any necessary safety gear is there any legal barrier to watching from a cherry picker?

5One of the houses on Rodney Road had scaffolding up during one of the FA Cup games, possibly Man City. They were watching the game from the top of it
