In all seriousness, if there's no yellow line and you have any necessary safety gear is there any legal barrier to watching from a cherry picker?

At Fleetwood's L1 playoff semi someone threw a flare from the street onto the pitch surrounds.

One of the houses on Rodney Road had scaffolding up during one of the FA Cup games, possibly Man City. They were watching the game from the top of it
