16With fans being allowed into tier 6/7 and below (whatever it is), does that mean if we draw a minnow away there might actually be a game that fans can go to or is the FA Cup excluded?

18Assuming the same rule applies in Round 1 as it has in qualifying then no. The best case scenario is that you'd have to masquerade as a home fan.

20When it gets to Non League v EFL then surely it will be all ticket and no away fans. There could be problems implementing this if the teams are very local.
