It will be a liability when he gets his first automatic suspension and maybe one or 2 other midfielders are possibly injured at same time.
Bound to get a Red before long unless Flynny keeps pulling him off early every game.

When he gets two more bookings? The system is five bookings within the first 19 matches incurs a one match suspension. That doesn't mean Labs is some sort of demon, every club has someone (or two) serving a suspension within that timeframe.
