I’m surprised they have gone for Clough. The impression I had was that the owners of Mansfield Town wanted instant success as a result of the amount of money they have ploughed into the club. Clough is more of a ‘slow burner’ who will get you there in the end. Perhaps the last few years have taught the Radfords some patience.
