Apparently they've been called a "sleeping giant" by one of their Hollywood potential investors!
And hope to turn them into a "global brand" according to an article in today's "I"
I'm sure we are all excited by this

Remember that they are trying to sell a film on the back of this takeover. Indeed it seems as though they are looking to the film to at least cover their costs.

To be fair, as funny as their prolonged stay in the National League has been, I'd much rather be playing them in the league every season.

Don’t really understand the hatred a lot of county fans have for wrexham... it’s been a pretty one sided rivalry over recent years lol

Absolutely. I have said it before, they are miles away. Would there be a rivalry between Cheltenham and Crewe/Salford (similar distances), I don’t think so.

Said this before, but my fear is if they got back into the League BBC Wales would prioritise them for North Wales, Swansea for Southwest and Cardiff for Southeast and we'd slip down the pecking order.

I think Wrexham are getting £94000 per month from the government due to absence of spectators. Nothing so far for EFL clubs.

Just googled it £95k per month from National Lottery as part of a £10m package. Not bad at all.
