Re: Grandstand. County v Port Vale
36No idea what the ref is up to. 4 mins injury time highlighted, 2 mins 20 secs played.
Re: Grandstand. County v Port Vale
37We are allowing too many crosses into the box and not dealing with them very well.
Impressed with Proctor so far.
Ref over fussy.

39Indeed. Shooting not up to standard today so far. Although the same could be said of Port Vale.flat4 wrote:Hope poor finishing is not going to be our undoing.
Think we are looking a little lightweight in midfield today.
Hopefully we can finish the stronger with good use of substitutions.
Re: Grandstand. County v Port Vale
40Pitch looking poor already
Open game
Chances both ends
Proctor playing well
Abrahams useless
Josh imperious by a mile best player on pitch
Townsend excellent
Commentary from Charlie waffling again
Dimmy Tray ffs
Anybodies game
One goal maybe
Ref calmed down a bit now.
Could be a frustrating afternoon.
Get Abrahams off Padraig on sharpish.
Shephard could of had a hat trick.

Re: Grandstand. County v Port Vale
41I'd like Proctor to try something different in the second half, like pass to one of his teammates. No point in beating his man with neat footwork then giving the ball away.
Re: Grandstand. County v Port Vale
42I don't think that the problem is the finishing. Their 'keeper is playing well. However it seems to me the final ball in is being played a fraction too late and as a consequence players are not in the optimum position when firing at the goal.
Football is nice to watch but a bit too slow to cause real mayhem.

Breath of fresh air up front.
Tried numerous times to.put Abrahams through and laying ball off tidy.
