A couple of seasons ago the Club bought rain covers, why aren’t they ever used?

On the weekend it was said that there was a lack of ground staff due to Covid issues, but plenty of sand! Therefore has the pitch not been properly attended to in readiness for tonight’s game?

Had Cardiff Blues or Dragons been playing tonight would the match have still gone ahead?

Is RP to become the graveyard of any ambitions we may have of achieving promotion?
My take:

1. Good question, maybe because of the Covid situation?

2. As per 1.

3. As per 1.

4. No, we wouldn't be where we are now without RP.

Quite right. It does though beg the question why the covers were not put on before the pitch was soaking wet.
Perhaps it's just me but I thought we had those covers on loan for a televised game few years back

Maybe Flynny wasn't too unhappy with the game being postponed?
I suspect he wasn't. Having played 6 Cup-ties (not counting the Micky Mouse shield) and 20 League games in less than three months I suspect a rest will do us no harm.
