We are rumoured to be interested in 25 year old central midfielder Alex Purver, former Leeds under 21 captain who has been playing in Sweden. I understand there was a brief Twitter mention about this. Has anyone heard anything?

Purver's contract with Ostersund expires tomorrow. Since leaving Guiseley for Sweden in 2019 it appears that he has only played 4 or 5 times for the first team. He is with a top level Swedish club though. But at 25 maybe you would expect a more impressive record.

95 games for Guiseley,they had two FA cup runs in that time but also got relegated to National North in his time there.
