Apparently he started off with Grimsby like a house on fire, getting a few rave reviews, but Ian Holloway sent him back & then resigned as manager! Hope he can produce the goods for County and then be an asset for WBA in the future.

Interesting that Grimsby fans "knew" he was coming to us back on 19 December. More positive than negative comments from their fans overall, most thinking he'll do well here with a better service. We'll see.

Windsor played against us for Grimsby earlier in season when we won 2-0. Replaced our old boy Danny Rose at HT. Didn't watch the game so can't comment on whether he made an impression or not.

Scored and assisted against Swindon in the Mickey Mouse cup for West Brom's kids this season too.

If Taylor is fit, he'd likely be behind Taylor, Amond, Abrahams, Proctor and Ellison for a start up front on Sunday unless he rips it up in training the next couple of days.
