He'll be in the stands, he cup-tied

Didn't he hit the bar just after coming on?
Re: New Signing
His goal scoring record doesn’t read too well, albeit with a poor Grimsby side.
So much for getting in a proven goal scorer.
Hope I’m not too pessimistic, hope he does well for us.

MF has said he's a replacement for Janneh and he's still on the lookout for a "proven" goal scorer.
Re: New Signing
Won't he have a period of self-isolation before joining the County "bubble"? If he's a replacement for Janneh and that's fair enough. I thought Janneh showed promise at first but ended up as someone that just ran around a lot with no impact on the game...
Re: New Signing
I seem to remember he looked lively in the game against us. Welcome Owen.
Re: New Signing
Fairly average stats so could be just an extra body, then again,Craig Reid hadn’t scored a goal before he joined and look what he did.
Re: New Signing
Janneh would be a hell of a signing if only he could stay fit - 16 in 28 games for Torquay in the NL two seasons ago.

I think that as Craig Read and Christian Jolley showed us being prolific at National League level does not necessarily equate to being able to do so at League to level. Which is true at every level, that tiny bit faster and more skillful makes all the difference. Tiger Woods is only about 15% better a golfer than I am on a good day. And I'm a very mediocre golfer.

I'm sure Tiger Woods would be flattered if he knew

Re: New Signing
Flynny says that another two have already been signed but he is keeping it quiet for now.He also said that he is looking for another four or five,so much for stability. He wants to make sure we are not left short so,expect a few squad fillers like Webb and Lewis.
