Re: Man of the Match Brighton
5Some very good performances tonight but i'm going with King, a couple of excellent saves to keep us in the game.

8I went with DLK. Very solid full debut against PL players, coming back from a nasty injury and playing NLS football only a year ago.
Might have been tempted to opt for Tom King but his kicking was awful. Still a good all-round performance from him though.

12King was sensational and gets my vote, but Longe-King's debut was too. Never played higher than NL South but in two hours against a Premier League side he didn't put a foot wrong. .

13Agreed. Interesting selection between him and Townsend now for Sat.flat4 wrote:Has to be King for me, he kept us the game so many time`s

14I just remember one moment (either second half or second half of extra time where he waited for the ball to come to him and their player nipped in and took it. Other than that I thought he was class and gives me confidence that we won't miss Cooper as much. King was outstanding in goal and should probably get it but I gave my vote to DLK based on a the step up he had to make and lack of any game time.George Street-Bridge wrote:King was sensational and gets my vote, but Longe-King's debut was too. 15I think King will get a run of games and our style of game will change but Townsend is still number 1 for me we play better football when playing from the back
