Flynny is an ambitious manager but must be frustrated as hell.
He obviously has the talent to put a good footballing together but had to play on a pitch that would embarrass a pub team. His best players are loanees who get called back to their parent clubs. Pitiful training facilities and a full time club with non league infrastructure.

My biggest hope for 2021 is that Cardiff don't sack their manager because we could be in deep doo doo if that happens.

Flynn will either be successful and move on or unsuccessful and be sacked. That is pretty much true of every manager at every club.

Our problem is not that Flynn might leave, our problem is that we have failed for 30 years to put a proper fit for purpose infrastructure in place.
