And neither were because of the standard of their 'home' pitch. If there is a clause about 'outside your home town', it probably applies to clubs wishing to join the league who have an already established ground sharing arrangement.

Why don’t we play our home games for the rest of the season at the welsh FA headquarters their pitch is supposed to top notch,
We don’t have fans to worry about it has all the facilities apparently lot better than RP
We could also play at spytty?

Any ground share has to be up to football league standards even behind closed doors

And Rodney Parade is?

Substandard pitch, and poor floodlights, both of which are currently better at Spytty. According to Mr Buttress even the changing rooms are below par and need improving.
