Flynn has chosen his tactics for our useless pitch, he has recruited the players he wants to implement those tactics, can he get those players all available at the same time and can he win enough matches remains to be seen. Things don't look great at the moment and he has a huge 2 weeks coming up now.

It does however nag at me that the bottom two clubs in the league have each passed the ball better than we have on our pitch in our last two games.

Agree with comments regarding it not being a free kick and Dolan getting kicked off the ball, should've been a red card.

Poor effort from the ref - missed a blatant red card for the kick-out at Dolan. Equally the guy lead with the elbow taking Demetriou out just before half time.

Dreadful game Southend looked like they wanted it more in my opinion

IMO He would be gone in a heartbeat if he had a good chance of getting either job.. Northampton more than Rovers

That said Tisdale being sacked after 3 months is ridiculous short tern planning by Bristol Rovers... He can only work with what you've got and with the budget given

Would rovers afford the compo

If he was offered the job, he wanted it, they want him but refuse to meet the terms of the compo set in his contract would a club make a manager stay against his wishes?
He could just quit the job, they could go to a tribunal and probably only have to pay a fraction, if any compo.
