64Dreadful midfield tonight: Mickey , Lewis and Scrimshaw tried really hard but generally it was awful.
Re: Grandstand - Port Vale v Newport County
65They have failed to score in five of the last six games, they play us and....typical.By the way there seemed to be children and women cheering there, how is that allowed.
Re: Grandstand - Port Vale v Newport County
66Not sure why Dolan came off,I would have taken Labs off as he can’t create where Dolan can.
Re: Grandstand - Port Vale v Newport County
67One thing is for sure :Gambin must start on saturday. Shimshaw also deserves more time.
Re: Grandstand - Port Vale v Newport County
68Couldn't get to the third ball never mind the second. Abysmal performance tonight, too many of our usual stalwarts were well below par tonight. Got what we deserved, Vale deserved the win . Too many of our “ best “ players were off the pace and poor tonight. Dolan, Demetriou, Bennett and Sheehan all pretty dreadful and giving the ball away far too much.
Special mention for the referee as the biggest w@nker ever to grace a football pitch, obviously read the laws on the bus to the game, shameful.

69We actually did well either side of the goal but then stopped passing it.Shephard and Dennis turning back constantly really gets me and Sheehan doing his pirouettes, just be positive and fast movement. It worked for 20 minutes, why stop.
