Norm - if you recognise the absence of flair and imagination in a manager, you must also be able to recognise when it's present. So who in L2 has it?
I'd argue it's quite imaginative to rethink tactics completely as we did last summer.

32At the 36 games mark, this is our best season since we got back into the football league.Willthiswork wrote:What about the fact that after 36 games we are still in the play-off spots?ajs wrote:Since December Played 23 won 5 draw 8 lost 10, the money wasted on old timers, sigining players he never uses, managers with that record would normally be removed, just because Flynn is from Newport it should not cloud peoples judgement look at the RECENT facts.

Re: Money
36If you look at the average number of points per game for positions 4 to 11 in League 2 over the last 5 seasons and compare it to where the clubs in those positions are currently. The average deviation for points per game so far this season from the 5 year end of season average is 0.006 (positive) points per game

Currently, in the top 7, only two teams have a better record than us in the last 5 games.
We're still in the mix and should be celebrating!
