Interesting that Wales Women's next match (the first under Gemma Grainger) will be played at Legoland on 9 April rather than at Rodney Parade as usual. No doubt partly due to the quality of the respective pitches.

The game will be on iPlayer, and a 7.15pm kick-off for those wanting to tune in. Given the dross that's usually on during early evenings, it's a shame it's not on proper telly.

The new-ish Parramatta RL stadium in Sydney staged three games on successive days after having about a foot of rain and three weeks into the new season doesn't look much better than RP did.
