Since Xmas away supporters must be amazed we are in a play off position. Another half of scrappy unfocused play - is Ledley playing, will Labs ever stand up to maintain momentum, Telford decent header but what else. Yet again we are carried by the defence who as usual all having good games but nothing going forward or in midfield.

Thought Mansfield had the better of the Ist half, although we did create a few chances. Being out-energised especially in midfield so far. Very mixed bag from Sheehan, some nice turns and dribbles but many of his passes falling short on a damp and sticky pitch. Noticed sprinklers were on prior to kick-off?
A few players need a longer stud 2nd half as unable to keep their feet.
Obviously a win would be great, but a point will guarantee remaining in play-off position after tomorrows games. Can't afford a loss.

edit - free kick not corner
Yeah he should have scored. Maybe not quite as blatant as Bolton's miss on Monday just before half time but kinda similar.

I didn't think so . Ball played it at pace .Keeper only a couple of feet from him. If played any straighter would probably have bounce off him.
