Aren't results only expunged if the event is liquidation? For administration it's a points deduction, with the decision being if the deduction takes place this season or is carried over to next.

Yes, it's wildly unlikely a rumoured administration would translate into liquidation in just over a month. Colchester's owner says the aim is to keep bills paid while avoiding relegation in the hope of starting strong next season, which will look a bit sick if they then start 2021-22 with a deduction. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56510275
