47Hopefully the clubs which have changed their mind will not be given credit for doing so. Their intention was clear and they have spent months planning this. There will be just a greater level of scorn for the last of the six to have a change of mind.

54The apology from Liverpool's owner was pitiful. Twenty four hours ago, the Super League was the way forward, now it's not such a good idea. Wonder what sort of reception he'll get when he visits a full to capacity Anfield.

55It’ll all be forgotten soon enough and then those who keep bringing the subject up will be told it’s in the past and to move on. Protests or boycotts will be temporary and a more subtle way of achieving a similar aim to the ESL will explored by the protagonists.
