We are one episode in. It has a similar feel to Making a Murderer (which is ace, btw).

In the end it just dragged on far too long. We began fast-forwarding through Michael Peterson’s seemingly endless wittering monologues to camera.

Having finished the series I just googled it and there’s a (some might argue plausible) alternate theory about what happened but this was never mentioned in the series.

Making a Murderer was way better, in my opinion.

Yeah, I assumed the evidence guy would be bang to rights, and destined for 40 years in the slammer, but I wonder if the authorities were afraid he'd turn whistleblower "The DA told me to say this and that" etc.

He got fired, but I read he was subsequently reinstated (maybe not exactly the same position). It's a very dubious legal system, that's for sure.

Really wanted to like Peaky Blinders but the accents are truly awful.

Evil Genius and Wild Wild Country are both very good on Netflix. The Vietnam documentary by Ken Burns is also 10/10.

I'd like to resurrect Keeping Faith, now playing on BBC1.

I didn't catch it when on first on S4C and BBC Wales (not living there, like), but was aware of it coming along just after Hinterland I think it was, but not having the time then to watch it.

Eve Myles is just brill. I didn't think she could act, but I've changed my mind on that.
