Banksy

Crazy, but you just gotta respect the man. For decades councils have been paying big sums of money to get rid of graffiti or street art around the country.

Banksy put up some street art on the corner of a garage in Port Talbot this week. The owner only has three hours sleep as he is worried that it may get vandalised overnight! He arranges with the authorities to put barriers up around the garage to 'protect' the work and keep it 'for the town'. Yeh, right.

You just could not make this up as the man says. Did someone say something recently about money talking. Absurd, truly absurd but ever so slightly funny.

Right....from an artistic and creative point of view.
Banksy is a World famous artist (forget the term graffiti)..
To the owner of the garage I can well understand his predicament...he has a high value work of art that he can't hang in his sitting room ,It happens to be a piece of work by a talented, perceptive and learned person well au fait with World politics and the machinations of politicians and also social injustice.
It is unique and can't be replicated.
Do hope the local dignitaries will help and make the most of it as an attraction
