Hi all, apologies if this isn’t deemed necessary but a co worker of mine at the Gwent has been unfortunately diagnosed with bowel cancer. She is going through chemotherapy at the moment and to show her some support, myself and her husband (alongside another work colleague) have signed up to complete the Wye Valley Mighty Hike, consisting of a 26 mile walk from Chepstow Racecourse through to Monmouth Showground. The walk itself is on the 12th of September.
I am hiring out the hall in the Excelsior Club for potentially either a race night or a quiz night where all of the profits will be given straight to Macmillan where you are all welcome to join in the fun.
