It has only just dawned on me (I know I'm slow) but Spurs are the 1st Premier League side the County has ever played in the FA Cup.

WBA were the 1st PL side when we played them in the League Cup.

Same thing I know but the Premier league wasn"t around in those days. BTW I was at our famous win over 6th placed Sheff Weds in 1964. Probably our best ever cup win, apart from away to Huddersfield in 1949.

County Spurs Head to Head. Room for improvement it seems. Drew them in Cup 2 years running and then nothing for 58 years. Also played them 4 times in the year 1946. It's a funny old game.
