They are potentially on thin ice in more ways than one. What would happen if Ecotricity became so successful someone made an offer he couldn't refuse and the new owners didn't share his enthusiasm?

FGR is but a plaything for Vince, if he sold Ecotricity it would be for mega bucks so probably nothing would change. I would eat veggie burgers too, if we had someone like him putting millions into the County and paying for a new ground. Let's not forget that these are not loans but donations, so no repayments to be made.

Isn't that what happened at TNS, the guy sold the company but continued to fund the club from his own fortune made from selling the company?
