Re: Man of the match Swindon
17Amond, the gulf between him and Collins is immense, top class finish, had that been Messi or Ronaldo they'd be showing it nonstop
Re: Man of the match Swindon
18Demetriou. But why isn't Sheehan playing? He would have had a field day in midfield.
Re: Man of the match Swindon
19Dolan, Tozer and Willmott were excellent. Who would you have left out?Beechwood Boy wrote:Demetriou. But why isn't Sheehan playing? He would have had a field day in midfield.

20Jolly by nature I would have thought given the nature of his posts on here. If you want to find out he can be found in the marquee before games. Him and his mate.whoareya wrote:Hope he is managing to stay jolly............................UPTHEPORT wrote:As Harps is on a break get your votes in
Re: Man of the match Swindon
21Tozer’s first club was Swindon and he really seems to up his performance against them, scoring the winner in both games this season.
Tozer

Re: Man of the match Swindon
23Amond for me best finisher we have thought Tozer was very good as well probably his best game for us this season.
Re: Man of the match Swindon
24Tozer. Really upped his game today. Better in the first half, scored against his old team. Second half, he still played well and if he had scored that effort from the half way line, the other players would have carried him off the pitch. Great game. Well done all.
Re: Man of the match Swindon
25Got to be between Amond , Tozer , Bennett , and Butler for me .
I'll go with Ben Tozer ...... great game .
Amond didn't stop all game .
Bennett looked solid and gave our defence some calmness
Butler looked good going forward as well as defending .

Re: Man of the match Swindon
26I would say Amond. I think he has been immense all season and his work rate is phenomenal. I guess sometimes it is unavoidable having to pay an agent a fee if you want quality.

Even if we paid £40k for him AND £19k to his agent he's more than made that back for us. Quality forward.

28Wow so many to choose from but I’m going with Tozer.Exile 1976 wrote:Alan G Bryant wrote:I would say Amond. I think he has been immense all season and his work rate is phenomenal. I guess sometimes it is unavoidable having to pay an agent a fee if you want quality.

Does anybody really believe we paid £40k for Amond ?
Think about it that would mean the agents fee was around 49%

That would be even worse as we would have paid the agent more than we payed for the player
