3Surely the site will be big enough were we to put a big barge out in the Usk and put a stand and part of the pitch on that. Needs to be looked at. I nominate UTP as the project officer.

6The secret to this is to buy the Sainsbury’s site and build a couple of community pitches and changing rooms along with a children’s play area, then we do a straight swap with the council for Shaftesbury park which is plenty big enough for a stadium and facilities.
