Many players work for one club in a backroom role while playing for another club part-time. With it being for their Youth Academy section it wouldn't interfere with his position with Chippenham

As head honcho of the academies he'll have coaches for each age-grade. I'm guessing they won't all be home or away on the same day so he'll be able to see one of the academy teams most weeks and get feedback from his coaches about the others.
