Re: Pre-Season Training at Dragon Park
3I can't see Neil C at the training session for his planned meeting
Re: Pre-Season Training at Dragon Park
4I've just read report in the argus saying 'county have now agreed a deal to use training facilities at Dragon Park including access to two grass outdoor pitches, a 3G pitch, changing areas, physio room and ice baths (most appropriate in the current weather?)
Re: Pre-Season Training at Dragon Park
6Good news - definitely a plus for the club!
I wonder if we can get them to buy and redevelop Spytty Park for the ladies/u21s/u18s etc... and let us use it too?

Re: Pre-Season Training at Dragon Park
7So much for the rumours about being "locked out" of Newport Stadium then ??!!
Re: Pre-Season Training at Dragon Park
8There were no rumours of that. It has been said by some that Newport Live wanted more money to stage the Bristol City game than County would make from the game. As a consequence of that the club took the pragmatic decision to play the game behind closed doors at Bristol.Corpaboy wrote:So much for the rumours about being "locked out" of Newport Stadium then ??!!
In fairness in those circumstances that is the decision I would have made.
Still never let the facts get in the way of a bit of brown nosing, eh?
