The message on the website stated 'on general sale at Rodney Parade from 10am on Saturday'. That would also include ST holders. There will be some with seasons who live out of Newport for whom Saturday morning will be their first opportunity.
As to whether there are any left after Friday, I'm afraid I have no idea.

Just got my three, ticket office usual place two windows open, big pile of tickets on each and on sale to general, no queues
