The mighty Chelsea ship in 6,Rotherham and Burton must feel a bit better now.No one will laugh at us ,whatever the score now. Will they want to play on the so called mud bath.A County fan who also follows Man C,not Jeff, said they asked us if we wanted to swap to their place to make more money. This is no longer allowed but if true, they might have their heads in the wrong place worrying about our pitch.Nothing to lose and everything to gain I'd say.

Unlikely that the "big guns" will play. Schalke in the Champions League midweek and Chelsea in the Carabao Cup Final the next two games after us. City will most likely have squad players and youngsters on the mudbath, sorry pitch. Great chance for history. Who will be the "Ronny Radford?"

The team that played Chelsea today was 100% different from the team that played Burton in the league cup 2nd leg. Also there were 4 changes from the team that beat Burnley in the 4th round. So it is possible that City's team on Saturday will be very different from the one that hammered Chelsea today.

Unlike most teams City have a squad of about 20 players that they constantly rotate. They have a lot more games than most teams therefore they need too. I’d expect them to have a mixture of youth and well known players in their line up against us. Perhaps the likes of Mahrez, Jesus, Sane plus Foden, Zinchenko?

They didn't go outside their main squad against Burton or Rotherham. In a squad of 26 only Claudio Bravo, who is coming back from a ruptured Achilles, seems to have been out long-term and only Mangala seems to be out of favour but sitting out his contract. Leicester had several in their 18 in either category or both.
