With MD out till Xmas and now Innis possibly out for around 6 games it would be a good move for us, as long as we don't pay massively over the odds for a L2 wage. There must be doubts about his fitness (certainly match fitness) though.

I got a gut feeling Flynnys off to Lincoln, think it’s a good fit for him - Maybe JCs a direct replacement (not sure what coaching qualifications he’s got), under the tutorship of LL (can’t see him being interested with moving to Lincoln).
