Interesting. I was under the impression that the 1964 Act resolved that question.

Well I am not a property lawyer. However assuming you mean the Married Women's property act I'm not quite sure how that he splitting of matrimonial property would affect an old covenant. But it is not an area in which I claim any great knowledge and am happy to be corrected if you know better.

From this point on, as it's about points of law and not football, I think it would be wise to leave it.
