Had some bad luck with illness, injuries too.

There are going to be dips. We still are not in any danger of relegation. He has been such a success in avoiding relegation, getting us through cup rounds for exciting ties, getting us on the TV and even making the play off finals, that we expect that every time! Madness ! He is not stupid, he knows how football management works. Who do you want instead of Flynn as manager?

Following a poor start to the 2019–20 season in which Milton Keynes Dons achieved only one point from a possible 27 - the worst run of results in the club's short history - Tisdale's contract with the club was mutually terminated on 2 November 2019 following a 1–3 home defeat to Tranmere Rovers.[18]

He is available, but 1 point in 9 games is pretty dire. He has been able to get clubs to League 1, but not keep them up. Still, he has a decent League 2 record.
