I think, a squad of 23 currently if you include 17 yr old Joe Woodiwiss. Defence and attack ok but midfield is light. Balance a little better with Benno in midfield - squad taking shape.

Take out the under 21s (JW, LC, SJ, ST) and we can currently sign up to 4 more and stay within max squad size (22 this season) then.

I am not entirely sure of this but I think I remember someone on here saying a few days ago that the squad is limited to 21. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. Max salary outlay of course is £1.5 million. £2.5 million for L1.

22 excluding U21s and £1.5m salary cap for EFL2. U21s on loan not exempt so Janneh and Twine would be included in the 22.

So if I understand it right we currently have:
19/22 in squad - so 3 places left for loans (any age) or over 21s signed on permanent basis
plus
2 U21s - Collins, Woodiwiss

Squad limit for next season is 20 excluding U21s I believe.

Make that one less space..

Looks pretty strong to me given the circumstances. The only negatives so far is there’s no backup left back and there’s still not much width in midfield apart from Wilmott and Collins, unless some of the strikers can fill that role

I'm sure Mickey's played left back before, but ideally someone who could fill in there and play on the left wing would be perfect to bring in.

We are one light in midfield and top heavy in attack.Could do with LB cover but,we’ve had Pring and Nurse who have struggled to get enough game time so maybe we won’t bring anyone in there.

Squad numbers just released,Azeez isn’t on there.As most of us thought,he will be going out on loan very soon.

MD spent most of his early career as a left back when he was at Kidderminster

I heard he has agreed to terminate/ has terminated his contract with the club so he can concentrate on coaching kids at KIXX Bromley and playing part time with a team local to the area he lives/ was brought up in ???
