Ellison again showed his value coming off the bench and after scoring several late goals against County over the years, it was poet justice for many fans today. Credit to County for persistence and retaining belief. Thought Vale made a good fist of the game and it was a decent win today.

One thing. In your player assessments you said Shepherd missed 3 opportunities in the first half. He certainly did. Apologies if I didn’t see it but I missed that in your match report of the first half.
