allegedly hundreds of players available, one of those is Gary Irvine - formerly of St Johnstone, Dundee and St Mirren - now, at 33, on the lookout for a new club.
Do we ever look North ?

I would imagine we're looking at all opportunities all of the time. But the practicalities of moving at that stage of a career for the kind of wages we're paying can't make it all that appealing. Irvine specifically only played 7 league games as St Mirren won promotion from the Scottish second tier, so there are a lot of question marks there.

From writing the programme profiles I'd say there's more traffic between Scotland and L2 year on year, suggesting similar standards. A couple of weeks ago I watched some of Hearts v Inverness and Uche Ikpeazu who was with Cambridge last season tore Inverness to shreds.
