The video shows a minute or two played after the red cards. The Spanish (and Italians) are notoriously slow with paperwork, it may not have been reported to the FA yet - or it may have been one of those "next month" suspensions where the type of match means the suspension is not the same as it would be for a League or Cup game - though that tends to be more for amateur matches rather than pro friendlies.
