We weren't better in our 1st game of the season. Scored twice kicking north in the 1st half but conceded twice kicking south in the 2nd half.

Took the lead against both Spurs and Leicester when playing towards the north end in 1st half.

In our conference promotion season we were better kicking north on the 2nd half, but in those days the north terrace was packed as the Hazel stand was closed.

Quite possibly right, the only thing I’d add to that is it must be more “ atmospheric “ playing towards an end with people in it rather than towards empty terracing.
