So far, despite the doom and gloom we’ve actually improved from the same time last year.

My maths says that 10 wins and 6 draws = 36 points, so we are the same points as last year with a 10 goal better GD.

That is great obviously. However, did we have the Nov/Dec slump that we had this year. I honestly can’t remember. I know we did a late surge but I thought we stayed steady for most of the season. My short term memory is terrible these days.

Yes mate, we had a long poor run in the 16 games between game 11 and 26 (incl) we only won 3, drew 5 but lost 8.

Swindon forum in melt down saying we're a bully team,and should be fined by league for playing on THAT pitch lol. Nothing about us doing double over them

Cheers mate. Hopefully that is our occasional seasonal slump over then. As NGR says, we need to get a series of wins together. If we do that, (2 already) then look out L2!! Time to get excited again instead of worrying about a descent into a relegation battle.

Truly immense performance from all 11 players.
Swindon top quality team but by the final whistle completely frustrated.
Our defence was so immense King had very little to do.

Abrahams 6 Plugged away
Matt 8 Handful all afternoon. Best performance this season.

Thought the pitch actually didn't play too badly, certainly not a mud bath. Usually pitiful sour grapes from the defeated visitors it would seem, complaining about the pitch.

I spent fifteen minutes on their forum. What a miserable bunch! I really hope they miss out on promotion after their arrogance e.g. not playing us or Cambridge next season.

Great performance. Whole team was excellent. Labs bullied them for 90 mins and Jamma dominated their defence.

Quite hilarious reading. Truth is we were, man for man, better all over the pitch. Did they really expect us to step aside and let them dictate the play? Terrific performances by Labadie, Bennett, Matt and Demetriou.

It was Swindon playing hoofball second half,and they weren't very good at it.Flynny's son has miraculously reappeared but,on Inniss's shoulders now.

Amazing what an early goal can do for confidence. Very little evidence of recent tentative, panicky, hoof it anywhere football that has blighted our game of late. Indeed it was Swindon who demonstrated a lack of composure defensively, especially first half.

Thought their left back, Caddis looked to be carrying a few pound excess, and (44) Edmonds-Green was particularly jittery. Must say, Danny Rose had an excellent game, collecting and distributing all over the pitch.
