Good Morning!

Hi Norm, we are fortunate to live pretty much opposite a golf course, and a historical monument.
Although on a main road, our outlook is trees and woodland, and much appreciated.
However I have noticed a steady stream of men pulling their golf carts across the road for a free round of golf!

Nice one Phil.....I gather you have one in the vicinity.
"Long shanks"....Not the only long thing if he had 16 kids!
Cheers

Hi Norm.

Yes, privileged to be able to see it from the bedroom window, thankfully just finished a 9 month restoration programme where it was under scaffolding and boarding. But now all that done a few months ago.
It was a momentous journey and most folk have heard of Charing Cross in London but know no more of it.

More history from Northamptonshire in future posts!
