Said on TMS that they where using those bands to polish the ball as well so collecting sweat

Is it my imagination but,England always seem to lose the first Test of most series over the last five years or more.

However Percy, unlike some, where facts can be checked I do so.

If England lose to Pakistan that will be four times in a row England will have lost the first test in a series.

However since the beginning of 2015 in test matches, as things stand, in the first game, England's record is. Won 10. Drawn 3. Lost 8. This includes a victory in a one off test v Ireland.

Is it my imagination, or does the universe conspire to prove Percy wrong on every possible occasion?

I take full credit for the win,the players read my post and they were determined to prove me wrong.I have to say,their captain helped us with his poor field placements and his body language was not helpful to them.
