Did Newport Rugby Club make a good or bad decision by selling Rodney Parade to the wru read the article below and let's hear your views and arguments on it here?

Their shareholders made the decision to sell it to the WRU or go bust with the deal that was offered them.

The agreed proposal is that the governing body will pay £2.85million for the ground with Newport RFC receiving a cash sum of £600,000 (For a nine-acre site. unbelievable) plus any debt in total let say £6 million. What A steal at that price.

They also promised the following :

The WRU has assured the Black and Ambers that they can play at Rodney Parade while it is home to a professional side with that right being free of rent or other fees for the first 10 years.

They will allow Newport to use the David Watkins Suite on matchdays to raise funds while the room in the Bisley Stand that is currently an education suite can be turned into a Newport museum.

Question:
Have they kept to there side of the agreement?
