Need a new appliance and heard good things about AO - price less of consideration for us (we're not super wealthy but as is a built in appliance service is more of a factor), have used AF Thomas before but they have a much more limited range...

Found them very good if you want something delivered at a certain day, within a certain time frame. Now I am retired, that is less important personally, but getting rid of the old appliance is backbreaking work, so get that done as well. My experience of them is if you leave the getting rid bit off at the initial purchase, they will contact you offering to do it cheaper, but that might not always be the case.

I've been happy with them. Had 2 or 3 appliances delivered.

I've never had to report an issue so got no idea what their after-sales is like.

Appliances Direct is another worth looking at. I've used them for a few appliances and found them excellent.

I used AO for a few things and can't fault them.
