Yes, the more recent ones have been shared with Trust members.
So why haven't they put the following on the above website (like they did in 2016 and 2017) 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 Financial reports?
Because they have been shared with the Trust members rather than publically. Those who pay in get the info, that seems fair enough, no?

Yes.

However whilst not a Trust member I am a Trust shareholder so I don't see why I am not informed. Secondly why the secrecy? It's no big deal surely just to put it on the website.

No. You still haven't answered my question. Please tell me why did the Trust put the Financial Reports 2016, 2017 on the following Trust Website https://www.ncafctrust.org/documents/ and not 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021?

Surely if they want to be open and aboveboard, whether you are a Trust Member or not. Everyone should see how the Trust is using the money to fund Newport County? Do you not agree?

Apr pr Po I would agree with Torquay here. Legally on a variety of levels, why has no Trust Shareholder been informed, in what seems to be a newsletter of any changes to the their investment?

Sharp New York lawyers would lets use the kind term...plough into the ground.

I think, Torquay deserves an answer.

As a Trust share holder, I have asked this question a number of times, why do I have to contact them for a copy of the document when as a share holder you should be sent one any way, I have no doubt there are trust members that are are not Share holders but receive the said document, share holders (who bailed out the club in there moment of need) have to resort to go begging for info.

I would also be interested to know who? Doesn't want anyone outside the club to know about what is going on? What is happening? Wouldnt everyone else like to know?

What about the supporters that attended games. Are they also putting money into the club?
Do they not deserve to see the Trust Financial reports?
The Trust needs to be more open with its Supporters.
