Two businesses of which I'm interested in talking to Supporters/Members of The Trust, about replicating in favour of the Trust.

Other businesses, I've yet to launch which the club/supporters could replicate creating jobs in Newport.

But! And here's the big but, at 64 years of age, I have to share the burden, hence need Newport people to work with me, but to protect mine and my husband's interests, also need the protection of NDA's.

Why is it that? I get this feeling. That this is just a publicity stunt for your many businesses?

Do you say that your business/businesses make $2,000,000? Is that profit? And you also say that your business/businesses are up for sale for $500,000?

Is this a sales pitch to sell your business/businesses, or Is this part of your sales pitch for your Christmas sales hoping to get more business? After all, there's no such thing as bad publicity. Is there only free publicity

So this is simply an effort to sell your business to the club and you've enlisted a team of volunteers on LinkedIn to run a UK based version?

I'll take till tomorrow to answer this in a considered an unemotional way.

However, I will allow myself to say: This kind of cynicism is why no one has actually come forward, other than the current and previous directors, with any tangible offer of support/ investment. I will also point out that as a gay man, I have no dependents, enough reserves to live 3 lifetimes and a desire to leave the city (City) of my birth a better place than when I left it. Make of that what you may.

And ask yourself is it any surprise that a certain Billionaire, (I'm not, by a long stretch) is (supposedly) not interested in investing in the Sports clubs of Newport.

I am not trying to be cynical or sarcastic.
Many of us are hoping that your statements regarding altruism and benevolence towards the club are sincere.
However as I mentioned before all we are seeing is a list of names, how good your company is in Australia and excuses regarding NDAs and crashed computer servers.
Please can you explain in basic outline of how you propose to financially help the club without going into detail?
All this subterfuge is making many on here question you!

With respect! I was accused of trying to promote my businesses! Why the **** would I do that when you are all in the UK? And our businesses are in Australia! How much unwanted benefit, could I get in OZ from promoting our businesses in the UK.

We ( My husband and me) are in Oz, and have enough money to live three lives over and die debt free! My partner has ZERO interest in Newport County, I have Zero interest in New Mills FC which is where he comes from and amongst us Newport County Fans a New Mills there is a NEW Mills FC fan, that lives amongst us.

I want an NDA between me and interested parties, because, surprise, surprise, there are human beings amongst u that would copy ideas published in the public domain and rip you/us off. Can I mention the crooks that stole the funds from (I believe) the Newport AFC supporters club!

Get off your paranoid, suspicious fxcking high ground and welcome, with open arms action, not lawyers (allegedly) offers of spurious un-commited offers of a Thousand Pounds.

That was the emotional response, I'll do the unemotional in the am, my time. Former sponsored walker, former director, proven achiever, frustrated, potential contributor, optimist frustrated by soothsayers and barristers ( Apologies for the typo, m.t. em-barristers). As to why I bring up being gay, it was the reason I resigned from my position as a founder member of the initial B.O.D and I have no dependent fxckers to leave a legacy too!

There is a difference between selling a business and a company, We are selling a business, but retaining and renaming the company.

I thought I understood this. I’m not so sure now. My understanding is (apologies if I’m wrong) - Colin wants to replicate his business here but needs someone associated with the County to run it. He needs an NDA signed for confidentiality. That, in a nutshell, I think.

Truthfully I regret ever posting here because it leaves me wide open for people to accuse me of bias but you are flooding the forums with this as of late to the point of distraction and I want to get to the bottom of it.
