Questions for tonight's meeting - staff turnover

Unfortunately I cannot make it to this evening's scheduled meeting but I would be very interested to understand why the club has gone through so many staff over the last few seasons. Recently we've lost our secretary, media manager and I understand our head of ticketing has also now left too - three all gone within the space of a few weeks. Coincidence? I think not.

What is the club not doing right as this seems to have been a problem for so many year? I've heard stories about what goes on behind the scenes with staff working ridiculous hours and not being rewarded. Very curious indeed if someone attending tonight can ask the question.
